Customized items are final sale and unable to be returned and or exchanged. 

Please allow up to 3-5 days to process your order and 7-14 business days for your items to ship to your desingation. An additional 7 days are needed for customized items. All products will be shipped via USPS and you will be provided with a tracking number upon product being shipped. 

All products are shipped out of Texas.  

If you have selected our Custom option in our color section, we will reach out to you by email to get more clairification on your desired color option after you have submitted your order!

Your invoice will also have the color/color referance for your order.
