Customized items are final sale and unable to be returned and or exchanged. 

Please allow up to 3-5 days to process your order and 7 business days for your items to ship to your desingation. An additional 2 days are needed for customized items. All products will be shipped via USPS and you will be provided with a tracking number upon product being shipped. 

All products are shipped out of Texas.
